In 2010, we anticipate that The Crescendo will begin a formal marketing program. Prior to that approval, we invite you to join our Expression of Interest program. Once we receive State approval, interested parties will have the chance to reserve a specific residence by making a 10% deposit of the Residency Fee. |
| Tell me about the 90% Refundable Fees. |
The Residency Fees for The Crescendo at Westhaven will be 90% refundable to you or your estate regardless of how long you reside at The Crescendo. |
