The Crescendo at Westhaven is being planned, designed, developed and marketed by seasoned professionals specializing in continuing care retirement communities. The Board of Directors, under the direction of the Blakeford Development Services, Inc. has selected these professionals to guide The Crescendo at Westhaven through the particular intricacies of retirement community and health care marketing and development. Upon completion and opening of The Crescendo at Westhaven, Blakeford Management Services, Inc., will manage the community.

Development and Marketing Team
Blakeford Development Services, Inc. of Nashville, TN is a development group that was organized to provide development and advisory services to current and prospective senior living communities in Middle Tennessee. Blakeford Development focuses on helping communities provide lifestyle options and health services that encourage independence and individuality for senior adults while creating both economic value and life enrichment opportunities. Located in the beautiful Burton Hills area of Nashville, Blakeford at Green Hills is the “anchor” community for Blakeford Development Services. 

Spectrum Marketing, Inc. of Gastonia, NC provides research, marketing and financial services for The Crescendo at Westhaven. Spectrum is nationally recognized as a specialized, full-service marketing, development, planning and research consulting firm exclusively serving not-for-profit sponsors of continuing care retirement communities. Over the last 30 years, Spectrum has served over 130 sponsors of successfully operating communities. Spectrum will provide research, marketing, sales and financial support services to Blakeford Development Services, Inc. during the pre-financing period, allowing Blakeford to leverage their high quality operational business expertise into a successful project.

Financial Team
In addition to Blakeford Development Services and Spectrum’s financial expertise, The Crescendo at Westhaven is in the process of interviewing investment bankers that are qualified in senior living and the tax-exempt bond market. Based on the qualifications of the firms, the Board of Directors and Blakeford Development Services will select a firm to represent The Crescendo at Westhaven with the tax-exempt bond financing.

Architectural, Interior Design and Pre-Construction Team
THW Design of Atlanta, GA is a full-service architectural design firm specializing in the planning and design of senior housing and retirement communities. During the last 51 years, THW has designed projects encompassing residential, assisted living, skilled nursing, and dementia care accommodations as well as community services and amenity spaces. THW will provide full design services for the design and construction of The Crescendo at Westhaven.
 
RC Matthews Contractor of Nashville, TN, is a general contractor serving Tennessee and the Southeastern United States. R.C. Matthews provides a wide range of construction services in the areas of educational, hotel, health care, church, industrial and multi-family construction and is engaged in pre-construction services with The Crescendo at Westhaven. R.C. Matthews also continues to focus on landmark renovation projects, such as the Ryman Auditorium, the Frist Center for the Visual Arts and The Hermitage Hotel. The company was recognized with Eagle Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors for their renovations on the Frist Center and the Montgomery County Courthouse.
